HERE you have useful information about TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SITE USE and ORDER PLACEMENT

This site is addressed to both active legal entities and individuals.

VAT payer, hereinafter referred to as Administrator or Supplier.

Persons who access and use the site will hereinafter be referred to as Users or Clients.


2. SITE NAVIGATION

Accessing, browsing, and placing orders on this site implies implicit and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions presented in this document.


3. RIGHTS OF THE ADMINISTRATOR AND USERS

The administrator reserves the right to modify the content of this document, the site structure, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend its operation at any time without prior notice.

Users have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use for consultation at any time.


4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the site (texts, images, photos, logos, graphic elements, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Administrator and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.


5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The administrator makes constant efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date. However, there may be drafting or display errors.

Product images are for informational purposes only. Colors, transparency, and textures may vary depending on screen settings. Products in the stained glass category are handcrafted artworks and cannot be reproduced identically in the smallest details.

The website content does not constitute a contractual obligation.


6. USER ACCOUNT

Certain functionalities require creating an account. The user is responsible for the information provided and for the activity carried out through their account.

The administrator reserves the right to refuse or deactivate an account.


7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data provided is used exclusively for order processing and issuing fiscal documents.

Refusal to provide the necessary billing data leads to order cancellation.

8. PRICES

Prices are displayed in LEI, VAT included.
For customized products or sizes different from those displayed on the site, the price is recalculated and communicated through the Order Confirmation and Proforma Invoice.

The administrator reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.


9. PRODUCT TYPES AND PAYMENT TERMS

A. Standard products – delivery from stock

  • Delivery within 1–5 working days

    • simple, undecorated products: 1–2 days

    • decorated products: 4–5 days

  • Order directly from the website

  • Payment: cash on delivery / card / bank transfer

  • Right of return according to legislation (only for individuals)

B. Custom-made / personalized products

(e.g., special sizes, decoration, painting, sandblasting, custom hardware)

  • Payment: 50% advance before order launch

  • Cash on delivery is not an option

  • Canceling the order results in the loss of the advance payment

  • Delivery is made only after full payment

  • Returns are not accepted


10. PLACING ORDERS

Orders can be placed:

  • online

  • by phone

  • by email

The contract is considered concluded upon the transmission of the Order Confirmation and the Proforma Invoice by the Supplier.
