HERE you have useful information about PRODUCT DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You can purchase our products online and we ensure delivery directly to your address. Shipping is at your expense. We use the best couriers to ensure your order arrives on time. Delivery time depends on the availability/type of selected items and the time of order.
Most products have a shipping time of three to five business days.
By checking the AVAILABILITY attribute on each product in this web-shop, you can see if the item is in stock or if it is made to order.
The delivery time varies depending on product availability and complexity. For example:
- If you order a product in stock, we will ship it within two to three business days.
- If you want an engraved/sandblasted product, we will deliver it within five business days
- If you want a product that is not in stock but only available on order or you are interested in purchasing a customized product, we will deliver it within 15 business days. In this case, a 100% advance payment is required. If you cancel or change your mind about such a product after making the advance payment, 50% of the amount paid will be refundable and 50% of the product value will be retained by the Seller!
COURIER TERMS AND DELIVERY TIMES:
1. Stock products, undecorated
• Number of days for packaging: Maximum 3 business days
• Package handover date to the courier: No later than the 4th business day
• Package arrival date to the customer: No later than the 5th business day
2. Stock products, decorated
• Number of days for packaging: Maximum 5 business days
• Package handover date to the courier: No later than the 6th business day
• Package arrival date to the customer: No later than the 7th business day
3. Made-to-order products
• Number of days for packaging: Maximum 15 business days
• Package handover date to the courier: No later than the 16th business day
• Package arrival date to the customer: No later than the 17th business day
