Can the glass be made to custom dimensions?
Yes. All our products can be custom-made, exactly to the dimensions requested by the client.
Are glass products safe for children?
Yes, we use tempered and/or laminated glass, according to safety standards.
How long does it take to produce a customized product?
The standard term is 15 working days, depending on complexity.
Do you offer installation?
Installation is available only in the Cluj area, for a fee.
Can the glass be used in the bathroom?
Yes, we use specially treated glass for wet areas.
What thickness of glass do you recommend?
The thickness is chosen based on the application (4–10 mm or more):
- Glass, display cases: 4 mm
- Shower screens, shower cabins: 6-8 mm
- Glass doors: 8 mm
- Walls and railings: 8-10 mm (laminated glass is also recommended for railings).
Do glass products require special maintenance?
Well, if they are cleaned according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Can I combine multiple types of glass in a single product?
Yes, we create custom combinations of glass and hardware according to your project.

Types of Glass and Technical Details
Find out the differences between tempered, ultra-clear, laminated, frosted, or painted glass.
What is tempered glass?
In case of breakage, the glass shatters into small pieces with blunt edges, significantly reducing the risk of injury. Tempered glass is mandatorily marked with a permanent stamp, burned into the glass during the tempering process, according to the SR EN 12150 standard.
What is the ultra-clear glass?
Standard float glass has a greenish tint, especially visible at greater thicknesses or in combination with light colors.
Ultra-clear glass is a type of glass with a reduced iron oxide content, which gives it superior transparency without color distortion. It is ideal for painted glass, stained glass, and premium interior design.
What is laminated glass?
Laminated glass consists of two or more sheets of glass bonded together with one or more special films (PVB or synthetic resins).
In case of breakage, the fragments remain attached to the film, preventing pieces from falling and reducing the risk of injury. It is recommended for enhanced safety, sound insulation, and special applications.
What is frosted glass?
Frosted glass (also called engraved glass) is obtained by controlled sandblasting of the glass surface, resulting in a matte, elegant, and sophisticated appearance. It provides privacy while allowing natural light to pass through.
A modern technology is coloring the frosted surfaces, which enhances aesthetics and offers protection against dirt over time.
What is painted glass?
We offer painted glass in unlimited colors from the RAL and PANTONE palettes, with UV-resistant paints that are insensitive to moisture and mold. The glass can be laminated, tempered, drilled, or polished upon customer request.
How is painted glass glued to the wall?
Painted glass sticks with transparent silicone, possibly combined with double-sided tape for temporary fixing. The silicone ensures the final grip, while the tape helps maintain the position until the silicone fully cures.
Can the painted glass get scratched?
The glass is durable, but it is not indestructible. To prevent scratching, we recommend that the painted glass be mounted on a solid support (wall, MDF) or in protected areas where it is not exposed to direct impacts.
Techniques and Special Maintenance

How are sandblasted surfaces maintained?
Untreated frosted glass can get dirty more easily. That is why we apply a special Anti-fingerprint treatment, which does not change the appearance of the glass, reduces dirt buildup, and makes cleaning easier. The treatment can be reapplied periodically (recommended annually).
What is the difference between stained glass techniques?
We create stained glass using three main technologies:
1. Traditional stained glass (lead / Tiffany): Handmade by assembling pieces of colored glass with lead came or copper foil. They have a lifespan of over 50 years and an authentic artistic appearance.
2. Painted stained glass: Decoration with UV-resistant synthetic resins, lead-free, applied by computer. They allow the creation of complex, repetitive patterns at affordable costs.
3. Overlay stained glass: Use special decorative films and self-adhesive lead tape applied on a support glass. They have an appearance very close to traditional stained glass but at lower costs.
Is this stained glass suitable for outdoor use?
For exterior use, we recommend traditional stained glass, Tiffany stained glass, or patterned stained glass (guaranteed for 10 years by the manufacturer). For maximum durability and insulation, we recommend placing the stained glass in a double-glazed glass unit (sandwich).
How to clean stained glass?
Stained glass should be cleaned only with a soft cloth and clean water. Under no circumstances should aggressive chemical solutions or abrasive materials be used.
Why are stained glass windows installed in double-glazed windows?
Introducing double-glazed windows offers major advantages: excellent protection against the weather, much easier maintenance, increased lifespan of the artwork, and optimal thermal insulation (essential for outdoor use).
What is anti-limescale treatment?
The anti-limescale treatment is a special solution applied to the glass surface (especially on shower cabins) that reduces limescale deposits, makes daily cleaning easier, and extends the lifespan of the glass.
